She ensured all of our conversations, small details, and our wedding itinerary was well documented and organized for the team to execute. She took the time to show us how to use their electronic floor plan and was very accessible if we had any questions up until the day before our wedding. Managers, Orville and Jeeran were amazing on the day of our wedding along with their team, Vishnulal, Ankit, and Somali. It is versatile and has an extra touch of exotic ambience that is best for private or corporate parties. We recently had the opportunity to organize the first birthday party of my grand son. Since the event was so special and we thought of organizing it at a special place. Luckily we chose HYATT. The Venue was different and far better than all other options.. The Venue exuded a feeling of serene ambience for our extravagant affair. It made our special day even more special. The General Manager Paul, Manager Lorena and Event Coordinator Jessica were extremely understanding and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. The Chef Rahul was really good at understanding our priorities and preferences, during food tasting. He did a commendable job on the day of function. The starters were served sizzling hot and tantalizing. The main course was amazing and the sweet dishes and ice creams were delicious. The sumptuous cuisine was complimented by excellent service lead by Angelo. All my guests commented on how fantastic the feast was and how amazing & energetic the staff was during the complete duration of the function and everyone liked the wonderful ambience and aura of the Legacy Hall at the Luxe Convention Centre. We had a couple of rooms booked at the Hotel for our guests. The guests were amazed by the décor of the rooms and room service. We were beyond thrilled with how our birthday party turned out at HYATT. Hats off to the owner of Hyatt Place for having a wonderful staff. We give 5 Stars to HYATT.
